VIP Bridal Experience - $150

Gown shopping is a celebration with our VIP Bridal Experience. The bride and up to five guests will enjoy a private, personalized styling appointment designed to make finding the perfect gown feel truly special.

During your experience, you’ll enjoy champagne, sweet treats, and a special gift for the bride. Our team will provide personalized attention and guide you through our beautiful gown collection.

With the purchase of a bridal gown, bridesmaids will receive $15 off each bridesmaid gown purchased from our boutique. For wedding parties with five or more groomsmen, the groom will receive a complimentary tuxedo rental when the groomsmen rent their tuxedos through our boutique. If the groom prefers to purchase his tuxedo instead of renting, he will receive 20% off the purchase price.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: The $150 VIP Bridal Experience fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Custom Gown Consultation - $150

Bring your vision to life with a private custom gown consultation at Madelange Laroche Bridal. During your appointment, we’ll take the time to learn about your vision, personal style, event, and the details you would like incorporated into your gown. Our team will guide you through the custom design process and discuss the possibilities for creating a one-of-a-kind gown made especially for you.

A $150 consultation fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. If you choose to move forward with your custom gown, the full $150 consultation fee will be applied toward the cost of your gown. If you decide not to proceed with the custom design process, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

Creating a custom gown is a personal and collaborative experience. Our goal is to ensure that you feel heard, confident, and supported throughout the design process. We look forward to working with you to create a gown that reflects your vision and feels uniquely yours.

Bridal Gown Appointment

Your bridal journey begins here. During your one-hour private bridal appointment, you and up to four guests will have the opportunity to explore our carefully curated designer collections, with beautiful styles available in inclusive sizing.

Your personal stylist will take the time to learn about you, your wedding, and what you envision for your gown. Together, we’ll explore different silhouettes, fabrics, and styles to help you find a gown that feels beautiful, comfortable, and true to you.

Finding your wedding gown is a special moment, and we’re here to make your experience personal, relaxed, and enjoyable from the moment you walk through our doors. We look forward to helping you find the gown you’ll love walking down the aisle in.

Custom Gown Fitting Appointment

The wait is finally over—your custom gown is ready to be revealed.

This appointment is all about seeing your vision come to life. For the first time, you’ll try on the gown created especially for you and see the details, craftsmanship, and design choices we’ve worked together to bring to life.

During your fitting, we’ll carefully review the fit, comfort, and overall look of your gown and identify any final adjustments that may be needed to ensure everything feels just right.

Second Look Bridal Appointment ​

Still thinking about the gown you loved? We’d be delighted to welcome you back.

Our Second Look Bridal Appointment is designed for brides who have previously visited Madelange Laroche Bridal, found a gown they loved, and would like to see it again before making their final decision.

During your appointment, you can try on your favorite gown again, examine the details, and ask any questions. There’s no need to start your search all over again—we’ll focus on the gown that brought you back and give you the time you need to feel confident in your decision.

We look forward to seeing you again and, hopefully, helping you say yes to the gown you couldn’t stop considering.

Finding the right dresses for your bridal party should be part of the fun of planning your wedding. During your bridesmaid appointment at Madelange Laroche Bridal, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of styles, from timeless and elegant to modern and fashion-forward.

Our team will help you navigate colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and sizing while keeping your overall wedding vision in mind. We’ll work with you to create a cohesive look while making sure your bridesmaids feel comfortable and confident in what they wear.

Whether your bridesmaids join you for the appointment or you choose their dresses on their behalf, we’ll make the process personal, organized, and enjoyable.

Planning to come as a group? Our one-hour bridesmaid appointment is best suited for one to two bridesmaids. If three or more bridesmaids will be attending, please contact us before booking so we can allow additional time and make sure everyone receives the attention they need.

Virtual Custom Gown Consultation - $100

Meet one-on-one with Madelange from the comfort of your home for a personalized virtual consultation to discuss your custom wedding gown. During this appointment, we’ll talk about your vision, inspiration, silhouette, fabrics, embellishments, wedding details, budget, and the custom design process.

This consultation is ideal for brides who are unable to visit our studio in person. We’ll guide you through the next steps, including measurements and the custom design process, if you decide to move forward.

Preparing for Your Virtual Consultation:
If you are considering moving forward with your custom gown, please have a flexible measuring tape available. Because some measurements are difficult to take accurately by yourself, we recommend having another person with you who can assist with measurements. You may also have your measurements taken professionally before your appointment and have them available for us to review. If needed, we will guide you through the measurement process during your virtual consultation.

Consultation Fee & Appointment Policy:
The virtual consultation fee is $100 and is paid at the time of booking. The fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward the cost of your custom gown if you proceed with your order. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your payment may be transferred to one new appointment time. Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If an unexpected issue comes up, please call us as soon as possible.

Virtual Custom Gown Follow-Up

Please note: This complimentary appointment is available only to clients with an active custom gown order with Madelange Laroche Bridal. Appointments booked by non-clients may be canceled.

This complimentary virtual follow-up appointment is exclusively for existing Madelange Laroche custom gown clients. During this 30-minute Zoom meeting, we can review your gown’s progress, discuss design details, answer questions, review any adjustments, and go over the next steps in your custom gown process.

This appointment is for clients who have already started their custom gown journey with us and is not intended for new custom gown consultations. New clients interested in having a custom gown designed should book a virtual custom gown consultation.

Duration: 30 minutes | Complimentary for existing custom gown clients

Final Garment Pickup Appointment

It’s the moment you’ve been waiting for—your garment is ready!

During your final appointment, you’ll try on your finished garment one last time so we can check the fit and make sure everything looks and feels just right before you take it home.

This is also your opportunity to see the completed alterations, ask any final questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident in your garment.

Alterations Appointment

A perfect fit can make all the difference in how you look and feel. At Madelange Laroche Bridal, our experienced alteration team provides personalized fittings and alterations for bridal gowns, formalwear, prom dresses, special-occasion dresses, and other garments.

During your appointment, we’ll carefully evaluate the fit of your garment, listen to your concerns, and discuss the alterations needed to achieve a comfortable and flattering fit.

Alterations may require multiple fittings depending on the garment and the work needed. We recommend scheduling your first fitting well in advance of the date you’ll need your garment, as more detailed alterations may require additional time.

Please bring the shoes and undergarments you plan to wear with your garment, when applicable, as they can affect the overall fit and length. If you have any specific concerns or changes in mind, we’ll be happy to discuss them during your fitting.

Our boutique can accommodate up to five guests. We kindly ask that you keep your group small so we can provide a comfortable, personalized experience and give your garment the attention it deserves.

During your appointment at Madelange Laroche Bridal, our team will help you explore different styles, colors, and coordinating accessories while making sure you get the right fit. We offer both rental and purchase options, so you can choose what works best for your needs.

From timeless and classic to modern or something with a little more personality, we’ll help you put together a look that feels comfortable, confident, and true to your style.

Group Appointments: If you are booking for multiple members of a wedding party or group, please contact us before scheduling so we can arrange enough time for everyone. A standard one-hour appointment may not accommodate multiple fittings.
